• Device & Log Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, operating system, referral URLs, access timestamps, and session logs collected automatically for security and website maintenance.

• Account Creation & Authentication: Creating, maintaining, and verifying your user account, and facilitating secure logins.
• Member Verification: Confirming alumni status and processing administrator membership approvals to maintain a trusted alumni network.
• Alumni Website Services: Providing access to notices, alumni news, community discussion boards (자유게시판), the treasure repository (휘문보물창고), business directory (동문사업체), alumni directory (동문명단), and photo albums.
• Account Management: Enabling members to manage personal profile details, preferences, and community posts.
• Security & Fraud Prevention: Protecting against unauthorized access, abusive behavior, spam, security threats, and fraudulent activity.
• User Support & Website Operation: Responding to member inquiries, delivering administrative notices, resolving technical issues, and optimizing website performance.

As part of our dedicated alumni networking platform, certain profile details (such as your name, graduation year/batch, business information, profile photo, and contact details) may be displayed in the Alumni Directory (동문명단) and member sections exclusively to other verified, approved, and logged-in alumni members.

The visibility and exposure of your email address, phone number, workplace information, and profile picture are handled in accordance with the website's privacy/visibility settings and the consent you provided upon registration and profile configuration.
